Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the AkaLogger app to your Discord guild or logging into our web dashboard, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the app from your servers and cease using the service.

2. Description of Service

AkaLogger provides automated event logging and tracking for Discord servers. The service operates by reading events emitted by Discord's API and routing them to designated channels based on the configuration defined by the guild administrators via this dashboard.

3. User Conduct & Restrictions

• You must not use AkaLogger to track or log activity in servers where you lack the proper authorization.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or maliciously overload the app or the web API.
• AkaLogger must not be used to bypass Discord's built-in safety features or Terms of Service.

4. Service Availability

AkaLogger is provided on a "best-effort" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app relies on Discord's API availability and may be subject to rate limits or outages beyond our control.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AkaLogger at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or misused the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

AkaLogger is not liable for any lost data, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. You are solely responsible for how you configure the app and handle the data it outputs into your Discord guild.
